By now, you’ve probably heard. The Magnolia Green Tour & Taste then Rock the Block event is fast approaching. And this year’s party promises to be exactly that—a home-show celebration packed to the rafters with all kinds of food, festivities and, of course, a showcase of some of the most masterfully crafted and beautifully designed homes in Chesterfield County.

TOUR & TASTE – Saturday, April 18th and Sunday, 19th, from 12 to 4pm
If the thought of touring a selection of Magnolia Green model homes, spec homes, move-in-ready homes and almost-ready homes sounds magical, you’re going to love the addition of food to the mix. After all, what isn’t made better with food?
Visitors are encouraged to stop by the Welcome Center to pick up their free VIP pass, tour card and map. From there, let your Taste & Tour exploration take over as you discover inspiring new-home designs and extraordinary community amenities, all while enjoying a delicious sampling of food from local restaurants, such as Taziki’s, The Sand Dollar Beach Kitchen, Maglio’s Pizza, Sedona Taphouse, Sweet Magnolia Bakery, Noodles & Company, Magnolia Green Golf Club & Grille and more. And don’t forget to get your tour card stamped at each home you visit for a chance to win a $500 gift card.

‘ROCK THE BLOCK’ – Saturday, April 18th and Sunday, 19th, from 3 to 6pm
Nothing brings a community together quite like a block party. And no one gets a block a-rockin’ quite like Magnolia Green. All it takes are the right ingredients combined with the right setting. Fortunately, they have both.
Following your Taste & Tour, head over to the Welcome Center and flash your VIP pass for immediate access into the exciting ‘Rock the Block’ after party. Everyone will love this laid-back excuse to let loose with family and friends for an evening of games and activities, live music and, yes, more food—including ice cream and beverages. Plus, don’t forget to turn in your completed tour card to be entered in the grand prize raffle.
All in all, this year’s Tour & Taste then Rock the Block event promises to be an experience you won’t want to miss—not to mention one you won’t believe.
