A Record-Breaking Year!
We enjoyed a banner year in 2017 with a record 204 home sales, an increase of 18 percent from 2016 where we sold a then-unmatched 173 homes.
Last year, we also welcomed two massive resort-style amenities totaling $10.5 million in investment. The 10-acre aquatic center features four swimming pools – a Junior Olympic-sized competition pool, a children’s splash pool, an activity pool and a lounge pool. The 15,000-square-foot Craftsman-style golf clubhouse is open to the public and includes a golf pro shop, The Grille at Magnolia Green (full-service restaurant and bar) and private event space for weddings and ceremonies.

In 2018, we will introduce several new active-lifestyle amenities and welcome two new neighborhoods.
Led by Magnolia Green Golf Club’s award-winning Director of Instruction, Leighann Albaugh, our brand-new golf instruction facility is set to open in February and will be equipped with golf simulators for year-round use. The 1,600-square-foot facility will include a putting green equipped with a SAM Puttlab, four hitting stations, a FlightScope X3 Launch Monitor and a full-service club repair lab equipped with loft and lie machines for irons and putters. It will offer personalized instruction and host camps, classes and birthday parties.
In addition to the golf instruction facility, we’ll be opening a tennis center amenity with eight lighted courts, two pickleball courts, a pro shop and a picnic pavilion. A clubhouse for our age-targeted neighborhoods, Charleston Club and Charleston Village, will also be joining Magnolia Green. The Charleston Club will include a pool and bocce ball courts.
Lastly, coming in the spring, Magnolia Green will add Aston Oaks and Valhalla to its 13 neighborhoods. Aston Oaks will include single family homes from builders HHHunt and CraftMaster and is set to open in April. Valhalla, expected to open in June, will feature garage townhomes from HHHunt.
