Richmond Homearama 2018 is HERE!
The day has finally come for us to officially kick off Richmond Homearama 2018. Magnolia Green is pleased as punch to be hosting the event this year in our exclusive custom home neighborhood, Carlton Ridge.
Come tour our seven custom homes crafted from seven of the best custom builders in the Richmond region. These homes are fully furnished and decorated by the area’s finest designers showcasing the latest trends and custom home features. Come for the special events and exhibits and to support ASK Childhood Cancer Foundation, the charity partner for this year’s event. ASK is Central Virginia’s largest and most comprehensive provider of support services for children with cancer and their families. The support begins the moment of diagnosis and extends through treatment and beyond.

General admission tickets are $10. Under 18 free. Tickets can be purchased online with credit card or cash at the gate. Buy your tickets in advance HERE.

General parking will be located at the brand new aquatic center, 7601 Magnolia Green Parkway, Moseley, VA 23120. Make sure you check out the state-of-the-art facility on your way in or out!

ASK Family Fun Weekend • May 5 & 6, 2018 • 12:00PM – 4:00PM
Bring the whole family for some enjoyable activities for everyone! Face painting, BoDillaz, Boka Tako and Slideways food trucks and live music by Kari Smith on Saturday and Jocelyn Oldham on Sunday for family fun weekend. And, a special visit from Nutzy (Richmond Flying Squirrels) on Saturday from 12:00 – 1:00pm. No additional ticket is required, besides the general admission ticket.

Taste of RVA • May 10, 2018 • 5:00PM – 8:00PM
Richmond’s top builders & restaurants come together for this amazing night! Enjoy live music by Matt Waller. Special event admission begins at 4:00PM. This allows for admission to tour the homes as well as tasting menus from Richmond’s hottest restaurants.

We have some extra love for mothers this weekend at Richmond Homearama! BoDillaz, The DogWagon and Slideways food trucks and RVA craft beer will be available, and enjoy live music by Kari Smith on Saturday and The Pat Russell Band on Sunday! And, we will have a special meet and greet with Chopped Junior’s Youngest Champion, Claire Hollingsworth from 4:00-6:00pm on May 12th. No additional ticket is required, besides the general admission ticket.

Richmond Homearama will be featuring delicious BBQ by Firehouse BBQ and famous DogWagon hot dogs, craft beer and awesome local, live bluegrass music to celebrate the final weekend. Enjoy live music by The Slack Family on Saturday and Big Boss Combo on Sunday. No additional ticket is required, besides the general admission ticket.
OTHER FUN
Magnolia Green Golf Club and food trucks will be available during select hours, as well as RVA craft beer Thursday evenings and weekends.
