On October 20th, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, join us for a day filled with family-friendly activities for all ages and the opportunity to explore our stunning model homes. Start your journey at the Aquatic Center located at 7601 Magnolia Green Parkway, where you can pick up your tour map and scavenger hunt guide, setting the stage for a fun-filled adventure.

As you tour our beautifully decorated 4 model homes, each one will offer its own unique experience. From a talented caricature artist, to face painting and a balloon artist, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The fun doesn’t stop there! Each model home offers you a chance to win exciting raffle prizes, and completing the scavenger hunt will earn you a special reward.

After touring the homes, return to the Aquatic Center to experience even more autumnal delights. Take advantage of free barrel rides, navigate through a festive corn maze, strike a pose for a photo op, and immerse yourself in the spirit of fall.

Of course, no fall festival would be complete without delicious treats. Satisfy your taste buds with a variety of snacks and beverages for purchase from our food trucks and beverage station.
