Bonjour, Magnolia Green is going international for this year’s Parade of Homes!

Join us on October 6th & 7th and complete your world tour passing through Italy, Ireland, England, and more! Stop by the Welcome Center to pick up your passport, then get it stamped at 5 of our 7 model homes to be entered to win a $500 travel voucher to jumpstart your world traveling adventures.

Young travelers are welcome! Stop by the Welcome Center for your scavenger hunt maps, popcorn, games, cornhole, and fun giveaways while supplies last. Then, complete the visual scavenger hunt in each “country”. X marks the spot to a free ice cream cone (for 10 & younger) if you can solve all the clues.

Hop aboard a trolley and get a tour of our state-of-the-art amenities including our Aquatic Center and Golf Clubhouse. If you’re hungry, grab a bite to eat at The Grille!
