The first day of spring is less than a month away and just as the flowers bloom, our beautiful community at Magnolia Green does, too. Usher in your first weekend of spring by visiting us for our Big Spring Home Show on March 23 and 24 from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. and see why over 1,000 other homebuyers in Chesterfield have made Magnolia Green home!
We’ve designed the day with you and your whole family in mind! Visit 10 different beautiful model homes at a collection of our individual neighborhoods plus tour our gorgeous amenities, like the golf clubhouse and grille and the 10-acre aquatic center. While you plan for your future, family members will be able to enjoy entertainment throughout the day, from a magic show to a scavenger hunt.
Want to know how you can get involved with the Big Spring Home Show? It’s simple: just follow these six steps!
- Stop by our Welcome Center for your tour card and map
- (optional) Grab a floral scavenger hunt card for your kiddos
- Catch a ride on the Home Show Trolley
- Visit all 10 model homes and have your tour card stamped
- Turn in your tour card to be registered to win a $300 Visa gift card
- (strongly recommended) Move into a new Magnolia Green home ?
Throughout the day you can purchase lunch items at our Welcome Center, provided by our restaurant, The Grille, located in Magnolia Green’s new state-of-the-art golf clubhouse, and treat yourself to ice cream, popcorn, games and more.,
